On June 22, 2005, Anthony J. Lemire (acting director of OSHA), Jonathan McDade (Division Administrator Federal Highway Administration, Maine Division), David E. Cole (Commissioner Maine DOT), David E. Wacker (Director Workplace Safety & Health Division Maine Dept. of Labor) and Bill DesRochers (Time Warner Cable and SCTE Lighthouse Chapter President) signed a historic Alliance agreement. The Lighthouse Chapter is the first SCTE Chapter in the nation to sign such an agreement. We are looking foward to our partnership with all of the agencies involved and hope that this agreement will lead towards a safer work enviornment for everyone affiliated with our chapter.
